You would think that by now Nosey was saved from abuse. But no, Nosey still is being abused even though Nosey obviously is pain, can barely hold up and needs to be taken out of this extremely unhealthy situation. Please spread the word:
Saving one animal at a time seems not to be working here. Even though PeTA has already collected so many signatures the elephant named Nosey still has not been rescued. But it is not time to give up but to gather strength. Please help:
“Week after week, Nosey the elephant’s exhibitor, Hugo Liebel, has forced her to give rides, even though she is likely suffering from life-threatening arthritis. According to a board-certified zoo veterinarian and elephant expert, Nosey’s case is “the worst, most prolonged, documented example of an uncorrected case of suffering and abuse in an elephant I have ever reviewed.”
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has all the evidence in front of it, and more than 160,000 people have urged the agency to confiscate Nosey and revoke Liebel’s exhibitor’s license. But in a meeting with PETA representatives on September 29, the agency made clear that it has no plans to help Nosey anytime soon, even though her life is at risk.”
Please sign the petition, share it, reblog it, send it to as many of your friends as possible:
Thank you for spreading the word on animal awareness!
